““Be-Will-Der”” or “Be-WILD-er”

Uliana is a private pilot, engineer, and ceramicist… Currently making Alaska home.

✴ The ocean of Southern California ✴

✴ The desert of Southern Utah ✴

✴ The coastal mountains of Southeast Alaska ✴

Uliana has spent time in all three of these places, weaving their landscape into her work.

She finds passion in the outdoors; skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, surfing. She merges her passion of outdoor adventures to her craft working with clay and wood.

Bewilder Ceramics makes small batch mountain, ocean, and aviation inspired pottery. Each piece is individually shaped, thrown, carved, glazed and fired with care. You can purchase her work during Shop Updates. Join email list to be the first to know.

You can usually find Uliana covered in clay working on her latest batch, out mountain biking on the trails with her pup Juniper, reading a good book, skiing on a powder day, or surfing a left on her 9ft yellow single fin.

Stardust Mountain Lab… the name of her studio in southern utah… is where the pottery magic happened. Since she has moved to Alaska, she’s taking time to establish a space for her creativity.

“A potter is one of the few people left who uses her natural faculties of heart, head, and hand in balance.” -Bernard Leach
